The Premium Plus Package includes a Multiple Listing Service listing (MLS) which feeds into Realtor dot com. Your listing will be showcased on Realtor dot com. ListAnyHome can manually add up to twenty-five pictures, edit property description, and add a listing title into your Realtor dot com listing. You are purchasing an advertising package that includes a Realtor dot com Showcase Listing which will increase your property’s online visibility. This advertising package is designed to promote any “For Sale by Owner” marketing / advertising specific to residential real estate. It is not to be considered a local MLS listing. A signed Residential Listing agreement (between Broker and Owner/Seller), and completed listing entry paperwork is necessary prior to entering data into the MLS system. Fees to listing Broker will be limited to $49.95 (as noted above). If you wish to take advantage of this service you will need access to a FAX machine, or scanner.
